The company maintains 26 offices in 20 countries, including China, France, Germany, India, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, Japan, South Africa, and the United States. Landor's work includes brand research and evaluation, brand strategy and architecture, brand purpose and green design, corporate identity and packaging design, innovation, naming and writing, branded experience, brand equity management, and digital branding. Landor brands themselves with very bright blocks of colors, simple text, and interactive graphics. A large part of their brand, and logo is the ferryboat named the Klamath. Walter Landor moved their headquarters onto a ferry boat. It symbolized bold and fresh thinking. They use this idea of bold and fresh in their branding and strategy.
Landor, an innovative branding consulting firm, will need a stylish and inspiring space to spark creativity and inspiration. The space, a refurbished warehouse, is located in Miami, Florida. Located in Wynwood, it will showcase the vivid colors, fauna and flora motifs and curvaceous lines of the art deco history. The space will host key members of the firm and will provide them with a space to increase productivity and organization it will house a variety of spaces for all kinds of workers. Different areas and workspaces will be highlighted with different color stories and overall moods. This will create unexpected experiences for the occupants of the space, as well as an organizational workflow. Workflow will also be exemplified through the grouping of team spaces. Individual workplaces will be personalized yet flexible through modular furniture and flexible layout. Overall, the office will exemplify the culture of Landor and how it interacts with that of miami.
